JADT Building Contracting LLC delivers licensed demolition and site clearance services across Abu Dhabi under ADRA authorization. We operate within our approved classification for building demolition, debris clearing and controlled enabling works, giving developers, project owners and main contractors a compliant, managed demolition solution from start to finish.

Every demolition activity is planned, supervised and documented under our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified management systems, with full HSE controls applied on site from day one.

What We Deliver:

Controlled Building Demolition — partial and full demolition of residential, commercial and institutional structures, carried out under a structured method statement with permit-to-work controls and site safety supervision throughout
Debris Clearing & Waste Removal — complete removal of demolition debris, rubble and construction waste, sorted, removed and disposed of in accordance with Abu Dhabi Municipality environmental requirements and our ISO 14001 obligations
Enabling Works — controlled works to prepare a site for the next construction phase, including breaking out existing foundations, removing redundant services infrastructure, and clearing the footprint ready for new build activity
Site Preparation Support — post-demolition leveling, compaction and clearance to handover condition, coordinated with the client's construction programme and incoming contractor requirements
Authority Coordination — management of demolition permits, authority notifications, inspection coordination and documentation required by regulatory bodies, including Abu Dhabi Municipality and ADRA

How We Work:

Every demolition project begins with a site assessment and method statement. We identify structural risks, service locations, adjacent property considerations and waste management requirements before any physical work begins. Our site teams operate under daily HSE supervision with full incident reporting, toolbox talks and permit-to-work discipline applied throughout.

Handover documentation, including waste disposal records, inspection sign-offs and as-cleared site information, is provided to the client at project close.
