Declan Collins brings over three decades of construction and engineering experience to JADT, with a career rooted in European contracting environments where safety compliance, quality standardization, and structured delivery are industry baselines.

His background spans complex building construction, mechanical and MEP installations, and industrial infrastructure across Europe, where permit-to-work systems, worker welfare obligations, and rigorous QA/QC documentation are legally mandated and operationally embedded.

Declan founded JADT with a clear intent: to bring the construction standards, safety culture, and professional discipline of the European market to the UAE — applying those standards by choice because they produce better outcomes for clients, better careers for employees, and a better business overall.
